City Ride provides an easy way to hire a cab through a mobile application and pay for the service using either cash payment or credit/debit card e-payment

The service price varies based on the following factors

Type of cab ordered

The distance traveled from pickup to destination

The equivalent waiting time in case of traffic congestion

Time of day

The customer is notified through the application of the fair estimate before confirming ride

In case the customer changes his/her destination during the trip, the extra fair is calculated and customer is asked to reconfirm the difference in fair amount.
